Can You Really Have an Automated Income Stream?

I'm sure that you may have heard the term automated income stream and maybe you have heard about all the claims of earning an income in your sleep. Well you and I both know that if it were that easy, everyone you know would put up a simple website, go to sleep and wake up in the morning with a few hundred extra bucks. They make it sound so easy in their ads.

Well things are never as easy as they say and automated income stream programs are no different. If you have been searching out these types of programs you will usually find that the people that are the most successful in short order either already have a product and a list to promote to or they partnered up with someone that already has a product and a list.

So, what product are you going to promote? What we have found is that it is much easier to start out promoting a product someone else took the time to produce rather than going out and trying to create an e-book or some type of online product.

In order to be successful, you will want to learn some marketing tactics that will be effective in creating a list of prospects that will get you into action in the least amount of time. Using an auto-responder will allow you automatically keep in contact with this list of people. The automated income will take place by placing additional products in front of your list. This system will only require minimal updates or inclusions of new material as you expand your product offerings.

The best way to do this is by using a website system that allows you to plug into and create a website template, write a few content pages about your product and post more information to your site regularly in the form of short articles. You can do this by including a word-press blog on your website. Of course you will want to do some keyword research to find out what people would be searching for while looking for the product that you are offering. Applying content that is relevant to your product is the key to success in any automated income marketing system.

As you create your content you will want to include some type of free offer or provide a valuable product that will entice your new visitors to leave their information with you and you can respond to them automatically using your auto-responder messages. This is where you create your list of followers.

This is really only the beginning. There are literally dozens of methods which can be used to create an automated income stream, if you find the right program and learn some internet marketing strategies.

Incorporate into your errand business; grocery store, post office, pharmacy and dry cleaning.

Gardening and yard services.
This one is great especially for the spring and summer months and for adults or kids. If you have all the necessary equipment it would be fairly easy to get started. Go around your neighborhood and post flyers with your contact information and rates. Additionally you could offer to haul junk to the dump, yard clean up and the planting of vegetables.

Dog walking and/or pet sitting services.
You could start within your own neighborhood or apartment community and would cost nothing to get started. Ask your local veterinarian if they would allow you to post a flyer offering your rates and contact information.
